Gravitas Studio is a studio management platform for tattoo and creative studios. Use it to manage appointments, artists, clients, services, and studio workflows from our iOS app, with secure sync and optional data export on paid plans.

• Up to 1 active artist per studio
• Up to 20 appointments per calendar month (based on your studio time zone)
• Up to 20 registered clients
• Data export is not included

Pro

• Up to 1 active artist per studio
• No limit on appointments or registered clients for normal use
• Data export included

Team Pro

• Up to 10 active artists per studio
• No limit on appointments or registered clients for normal use
• Data export included

Subscription features and pricing are presented in the app (including through Apple’s in-app purchase flow where applicable). If limits change, we’ll summarize updates here and in the product.

Paid plans are sold where available via the App Store and managed through your Apple ID. For subscription status, renewal dates, and cancellation, use your Apple account settings or the subscription management options on your device. If something looks wrong, email us and we’ll help investigate.

• App won’t open after sign-in: confirm your email link completed, then try opening the app again from your home screen.
• Limits or upgrade messages: check which plan your studio is on; upgrades are available in the app when offered in your region.
• Data or export questions: export is available on Pro and Team Pro; see in-app instructions or reach out if export fails.
